Art-grade milk casein with water and pure grain alcohol and a tiny amount of isopropyl alcohol. Alcohol evaporates rapidly taking the water with it, leaving a thin film of casein which quickly dries to a protective matte surface. Colorless transparency and rapid drying. Minimally alters pastel value and does not change hue. The spray comes in a fine mist sprayer for a vaporous mist.
