CampuseBookstore Access Code Redemption

Upon the purchase of any digital materials from Shop USask you will be given your redemption code with your receipt. You will need to redeem this code with Campus eBookstore first by using the fields below. Note that this is not the access code you need to access your digital materials so it will not work if you jump ahead and try to redeem the code with the publisher. Think of it instead like you've purchased a gift card for Campus eBookstore, and you need to activate it first before accessing your digital materials.

Please enter the redemption code exactly as it appears on your receipt (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx). It is recommended that you use your University email address when redeeming access codes and that the domain name remains consistent (ex: using abc123@mail.usask.ca vs abc123@usask.ca). You will then be given your access code along with a specific list of instructions on where and how to redeem it. Pay careful attention to these instructions and follow them exactly. If you have redeemed your access code and now realize that you need to change your email address, you will need to contact support@campusebookstore.com to inquire about updating your account.

Important Information

  • The majority of etexts and access codes will require a course key, course code, or course URL invite link. Your instructor is responsible for providing it to you and it is usually included in your course syllabus. You will need to contact your instructor if they have not provided this information to you.
  • If you are having technical difficulties with an access code that was bought by itself (not inside a physical textbook), you can email bookstore@usask.ca, where we will be available to offer assistance.
  • If you are having technical difficulties with an access code that came inside a physical textbook, you will need to contact the publisher directly. Publisher Contact information is provided below.
  • If you are having issues with your account, please email support@campusebookstore.com. We do not have access to Campus eBookstore accounts and cannot modify that information for you.
