By purchasing you are acknowledging your awareness that you are buying a secondhand laptop. As such we will not accept any requests for refunds in cases of any problems surrounding the cosmetic appearance of the laptop. We will accept returns, given that the reason for return is not cosmetic related, within two weeks of your purchase date, after which your warranty will be provided by Microcad. Please refer to the included documentation for warranty information.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the laptop is in the exact condition it was purchased in, the laptop is included in its original packaging, and that it is accompanied by the original receipt. If these requirements are not met then we reserve the right to refuse your return.
